Comfortable, elegant, and soft. The sides are somewhat soft which takes away a bit of stability. But otherwise, very good! My cats love it :)

The item arrived quickly and well-packaged, but it's not like in the picture. The bed is very thin and soft, like a blanket. The frame is not rigid enough to stand around the bed. But the dog is very happy to sleep on it.
