They seem to fit. I had to adjust one to the lowest setup to fit my smaller dog, she is 20 kg. I had to adjust the other one to half way smallest setup, he is 25 kg. I think it fits alright, i have to double check near their legs and arm pits for wounds latter on to be sure. I am with one a bit uncertain, but having a size bigger wont be a good idea. Both vests are a size m and based on the charts on the product page and the measurements of my dogs it should be alright. Time will tell, fingers crossed. Oh and for those wondering, my dogs are belgian malinois if it was not clear from the images. I order this last week and received it today.

The product is very good, but the detail of the measurements has nothing to do with the item made. They should improve that part; it arrived very large even though I followed the size chart! The rest is highly recommended.
